To enable us to keep
the shipping costs down, all our shipping is carried out by Royal Mail
and Parcel Force. We normally ship First Class post or Parcel Force 48.
Please bear in mind that we
have no control over any shipment after it leaves us. If a parcel is
sent via Royal Mail First Class we have no way of tracking and although
it is generally a very reliable service, items can be delayed and lost.
Royal Mail will not accept
an item has been lost until 14 days from the date of posting and so we
have to wait for this period to end before we can send a replacement. We
stress that this is a very rare case but it can happen.
To counter this problem we
offer a very low cost insurance option on all shipping options
(currently 49p) if you elect to pay this insurance we will replace any
item that has not been received within 5 days from the date of dispatch.
Any item sent by Parcel Force 48 is trackable and we supply Parcel Force
with your email address so that they can send you the shipping link by
email.

delivery via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please email us for
